Dental Health Tips
Simple habits for a lifetime of healthy smiles
Brush Twice Daily
Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day using fluoride toothpaste. Use gentle circular motions and don't forget your tongue!
Floss Every Day
Flossing removes plaque and food particles between teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. Make it a daily habit.
Eat a Balanced Diet
Limit sugary snacks and drinks. Choose water, fresh fruits, vegetables, and calcium-rich foods for strong teeth.
Avoid Tobacco
Smoking and tobacco use increase your risk of gum disease, tooth loss, and oral cancer. Quit for better oral health.
Regular Check-ups
Visit your dentist every 6 months for professional cleaning and early detection of potential problems.
Protect Your Teeth
Wear a mouthguard during sports and avoid using teeth to open packages or bite hard objects.
